It was, like most Biofach fairs, another memorable fair in Nuremberg with pleasant encounters

Not least because Poppe Braam was unable to attend the 2023 edition due to malaria.

The ^34th time the international organic fair took place, the first being in Wiesbaden, and still an internationally important trade fair for the organic industry.

There was a Holland Pavilion, (for the first time?) with 16 participants including Symfonio, an organic startup from DID-IT, with a line of phonio products under SOLANGE's cuisine brand.

Furthermore, there were some 125 Dutch booths in total, indicating the important role we play in trade in the organic market, i.t. agricultural acreage and consumer behavior.

Poppe Braam ran out of time to make all the scheduled and unscheduled visits.....
